1. Free Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your reservation without any penalty up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date (check-in). If a deposit or down payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded (potentially minus any bank transaction fees).

2. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days

For cancellations communicated between the 29th and 14th day prior to arrival (inclusive), a 50% refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation within 15 days

For cancellations communicated from the 14th day prior to arrival onwards, no refund will be provided.

4. No-Show

In the event of a guest’s failure to arrive without prior notification, 100% of the total value of the stay will be charged.

5. Early Departure

In case of departure earlier than the date specified in the booking form, the guest is required to pay for the entire period booked, as per local customs and the Civil Code (Art. 1385 and 1386).
